In a project on educational trajectories in Germany "Statusdynamiken und Bildungserbe der Familie" (funded by the Ministry of Education and Research, BMBF) we are planning to combine qualitative interviews with quantitative data from the German Socio-Economic Panel Study. A project workshop where we presented first results took place in September 2012.
